Our company solemnly promises that after receiving the buyer's notice, we will respond within half an hour and arrive at the site within 2-12 hours (24 hours for special areas).

Installation, commissioning and acceptance:
1. Within 3 days after the machine tool arrives at the buyer's factory, the buyer shall notify the seller. Upon receiving the buyer's installation notification, the seller shall immediately send engineering and technical personnel to the buyer's site to install and debug the entire equipment system and provide personnel training free of charge.
2. After the contract is signed, the buyer may send personnel to the seller's factory for about 5 days of on-site training before the machine tool arrives. The buyer shall bear the travel, food and accommodation expenses by himself, and the training at the seller's factory shall be free of charge.
3. Before installation and commissioning, personnel sent by the buyer and seller will jointly unpack and count the goods according to the contract quantity and packing list.
4. All machine tool accuracy indicators shall be inspected according to the accuracy inspection form provided on the packing list, using the inspection method in accordance with international ISO standards. In the event of any dispute over the inspection results, the China Machine Tool Inspection Center will conduct a re-inspection. During this period, the machine will be sealed and stored by the buyer. Once the buyer starts using the machine, it will be deemed to have passed the inspection.
5. Once all precision indicators of the machine tool have reached the specified standards, the machine tool acceptance procedure is completed when the buyer and seller sign the machine tool acceptance report.

If you use cutting fluids and guideway oils other than those recommended, pay full attention to the usage and conditions. The interaction between the coolant and guideway oil combination may sometimes cause poor lubrication of the screw and guideway, resulting in residue formation. In severe cases, components such as the spindle, screw guideway, worktable, and bearings may rust, reducing their durability. Therefore, please carefully confirm with the manufacturer before use. |
